ABOUT

Butter & Blossom began in 2016, when I first started baking under the name Sweetie Cakes & Toppers. From the very beginning, I was drawn to detail, whether in handmade toppers, sugar flowers, or designs that reflected the theme of a celebration. Florals remain my biggest inspiration, and I often work with sugar flowers, fresh flowers, and edible petals, each bringing its own kind of beauty to a cake.

While weddings and floral-led designs are now the heart of my work, I still provide sugarcraft for those occasions where something more personal is needed. That might be capturing the likeness of a loved one, or adding a sweet animal detail to celebrate a new arrival. These touches mean every cake feels individual and perfectly suited to the day.

The rebrand to Butter & Blossom reflects that balance, combining the quality of the ingredients I use with the natural, thoughtful finishes that define so many of my designs.

Today, I create cakes for weddings and celebrations across Suffolk and beyond. Whether adorned with sugar flowers, decorated with fresh stems, scattered with edible blossoms, or finished with a bespoke sugarcraft detail, each cake is carefully made to feel right for the occasion and memorable to share.
